Does the Contour Abs belt really work?

The question everyone wants to know about the contour abs belt, is ‘does it really work?’

The infomercials on tv look great, and the idea behind the electronic ab toner is scientifically proven to help build and define your ab muscles – but does the biggest selling ab belt, the contour abs, actually work?

The answer is, yes and no – YES, ab belts in general, and including the contour abs belt will ‘work’, but how well they work depends on you the user.

EMS ab toning belts will NOT burn fat magically, or cause your waistline to shrink at all – unless you put some effort in and exercise and eat well – that means no processed fatty foods, ditch soda and rink water instead! This, coupled with cardio exercise such as jogging or fast paced walking each day will allow you to see results and get more defined ab muscles while you use your ab toning belt for just 30 minutes a day while you do chores, sit at a desk or watch TV.

An ab toning belt is an extremely easy and efective way to get firmer, more toned and defined abdominal muscles – especially when you are eating better and exercising to help cut body fat so you can see your abs growing bigger and stronger!

Now, whether or not the contour abs is the best ab toning product is another matter entirely – read any online review and generally the contour abs is not thought of to be very high quality.

The contour abs main competitor, the flex belt, on the other hand is very high quality – in fact, it uses medical grade components, the same as physicians would use to treat muscle injuries. They are so confident in their product, they offer a 2 year warranty, and also a 60 day money back guarantee in case you don’t like it.

I agree, ab belts won’t cause you to lose weight – if you’re not overweight they’re great though, I’ve used a flexbelt now for the last year to maintain my abs having cut my layer of belly fat first. It works great.

If you’re overweight and need to cut body fat then maybe something like the Ab Circle would be best, and then move onto the flex belt ab toner after that.
The Ab Circle is worth considering if you need to exercise and cut fat though – check out a review of it – review of The Ab Circle.
