How often should I use my ab belt?
There is no set guide on how often you should use an ab belt, but like most things the more you use it, the quicker and better the results should come.
Generally, ab belt manufacturers like the Flexbelt recommend once daily use for 30 minutes, but there’s no reason you shouldn’t use it for longer or more often than this. Maybe 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening will give you better results quicker, but more often is not needed with a good quality ab toner.
Please note thought that you shouldn’t take ab belt use to extremes – wearing the contour abs for hours at a time isn’t going to help, and will actually probably result in pain in the area you’ve worn it over, so don’t over-do using your ab toner!
A good quality ab belt like the Flex Belt should be very comfortable to wear though, for ab workouts of 30 minutes.
